Customer Service Representative

We are looking for Customer Services Representative in UK Based Call Center.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Qualification & Other Details:

  • FSC/BS/Masters
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Experience Required: (01 Year to 02Years)
  • Timing will be on Rotation.
  • Work 6 Days / Week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
