At Outdoors For Less, we are an e-commerce company that specializing if offering high end specialty hunting gear to passionate outdoorsmen and women. Our customers call in because they want honest answers from someone who understands what they are trying to accomplish, whether that is setting up their first blind or upgrading a property they have been working on for years.

Our customers are not just placing quick online orders. It is common for someone to call in with a serious budget and expect us to help plan out their entire land setup based on their property and goals. In many ways, this role is like being a personal outfitter for high end hunting gear.

We are not pushy salespeople. We are trusted advisors. Our job is to educate, guide, and help customers make the right decision.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • You will be the front line of the business, handling customer conversations from first question through post delivery support.
  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and chat messages quickly and professionally
  • Help customers choose the right products based on their needs
  • Manage post purchase support including order updates, delivery coordination, and issue resolution
  • Work directly with our vendors and brand partners to ensure smooth deliveries
  • Maintain fast response times and minimize missed communications
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and not afraid to speak up when you see an opportunity for improvement

What We Are Looking For

This role blends customer service, sales, and problem solving.

  • Strong communication skills with confidence and professionalism on the phone
  • Familiarity with hunting, land management, or outdoor gear is requirement
  • High sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to stay organized while handling multiple conversations
  • Comfortable working with computers, speadsheets, and customer service tools
  • Reliable and responsive with a commitment to answering calls
  • Positive attitude with the ability to lead a conversation when needed

Bonus points for experience with e-commerce, online marketing, or Shopify. Compensation will be adjusted if you have these skills.
