Customer Service Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team at Southside Plumbing in Omaha, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves handling inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. The position offers an engaging work environment where communication skills, problem-solving, and professionalism are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
  • Assist customers with order processing, data entry, and transaction handling, including cash handling when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Service Titan.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to promote products or gather customer feedback.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Support client services by analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support and call center operations.
  • Proficiency in Service Titan, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills.
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently with typing skills.
  • Outbound calling experience is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
