Job Summary
Handles customer calls, enters orders, and inputs accurate glass measurements into Smart Glazier.

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and math-driven Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This position handles customer calls, enters orders, and inputs accurate glass measurements into Smart Glazier.

You will be responsible for entering shower door measurements, identifying out-of-square conditions, making the correct adjustments, and accurately inputting all data into our system (Smart Glazier).

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and assist customers
• Enter orders and measurements in Smart Glazier
• Verify specs (size, thickness, tempering, edgework)
• Perform precise calculations using fractions and measurements
• Communicate with team to confirm measurements and details
• Maintain accuracy in a fast-paced production environment

Requirements (MUST HAVE):

• Strong understanding of fractions and measurement math
• Comfortable working with numbers all day
• Fast learner with ability to understand technical concepts
• Reliable, organized, and focused
• Bi-Lingual
• Customer service or order entry experience
• Strong attention to detail with measurements
• Basic computer skills (ERP experience preferred)
• Good communication and multitasking skills

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
