💬 About the Role

We’re looking for friendly, confident, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Specialists .

In this role, you’ll help customers, solve problems, and ensure every interaction ends on a positive note.

• Answer customer questions and provide support
• Resolve issues in a calm, professional, and friendly manner
• Communicate clearly and confidently over the phone
• Make customers feel heard, valued, and supported
• Work closely with your team to deliver excellent service
