Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat platforms
• Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assist customers with order processing, data entry, and account management
• Maintain detailed records of interactions using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
• Identify opportunities to upsell or promote additional services aligned with customer needs
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality

Experience

• Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
• Experience with outbound calls and client services is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities
