Customer Service Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, ensuring a positive experience for every client interaction.

Duties

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Process orders, handle returns, and manage customer accounts with attention to detail.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates on services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to document interactions and generate reports as needed.
  • Uphold company policies while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
  • Experience in customer service or client services, particularly in a call center environment.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers professionally.
  • Strong computer skills with familiarity in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Sales experience is a plus, contributing to upselling opportunities during customer interactions.
  • Analytical skills for identifying trends and providing feedback on customer needs.
  • Cash handling experience is beneficial for processing payments when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
