Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of service.
• Assist clients with their needs regarding landing gear repairs and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
• Provide information about services, pricing, and repair timelines to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or service updates.
• Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for additional services based on client needs.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations in all customer communications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or call center environments, preferably within the aviation industry.
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records is essential.
• Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse clientele.
