Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Full Time or Part Time individual for Evenings and Weekends ONLY. We are looking for someone who passionate and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team! We are Dubia, LLC and we are a leading provider in high-quality reptile feeders nationwide! We specialize in providing healthy and quality feeders for reptile enthusiasts and their beloved pets! We are committed to delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our customers.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to our clients via online channels. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customers receive prompt assistance and have a seamless experience with our products and services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Respond to customer inquires and resolve issues via e-mail, live chat and social media platforms.

· Assist customers with product selection, order inquiries, shipping information and general inquiries about reptile feeders and reptile care.

· Process returns, reshipments, credits and refunds in accordance with company policies and procedures for order issues.

· Collaborate with team members to address complex customer issues or escalate cases when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

· MUST HAVE reptile knowledge/experience.

· This is a evening and weekend position ONLY! Example schedule for someone FT: 4pm-10pm weekdays, 5hrs Saturday, 5hrs Sunday.

· Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to help customers.

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency using online communication tools and customer service software.

· Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

· Previous experience in customer service to related fields.

· Knowledge of Google Sheets and applications.

· Demonstrated proficiency in typing with a minimum typing speed of 40 Words per Minute (WPM) or higher.
