About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This position requires handling high inbound and outbound call volumes, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate data entry. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent phone etiquette, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:

  • Answer and make high-volume calls with professionalism.
  • Schedule appointments for Technicians and Water Specialists.
  • Perform accurate data entry and transfer between systems.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite daily; experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
  • Provide exceptional customer support.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of customer service experience in a call-heavy environment.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or a similar CRM preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of water filtration systems or related industry experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new software tools.
