Duties:
- Reach out to prospective clients through outbound calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline within HubSpot CRM, ensuring all lead data and deal stages are meticulously tracked.
- Execute international calling, navigating different time zones and cultural nuances to expand our global footprint.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels.
- Provide detailed product information and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using data entry tools.
- Support customer support and client services by resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a positive experience.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and build long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms) for lead management and sales forecasting.
- Proven experience using Excel
- Prior experience in international calling, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across diverse global regions.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; bilingual candidates fluent in English plus another language are preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, or customer support roles with outbound calling responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills.
- Demonstrated data entry accuracy and typing speed for efficient record-keeping.
- Experience with customer service principles and client services.
- Knowledge of call center procedures, analysis skills for understanding customer needs, and professional phone etiquette standards.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Environmental Science is preferred
Pay: $49,020.87 - $59,035.88 per year
