Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: Customer Service Representative, part time available.
Duties consist of, but not limited to:
customer service handling of transactions
data entry of garments into our POS system
inspecting and assembling orders
post production preparation work
handle customer inquiries
answering phones
assist in keeping counters and work areas clean
and most importantly making sure customers are happy!

We are a family run premier full service dry cleaners that services the Westside. We utilize the most state of the art GreenEarth cleaning process that is chemically inert and has no environmental impact. We are voted consistently the last 3 years "best of the westside" dry cleaners. We are a service oriented dry cleaners seeking those candidates with a "great personality" who will go above and beyond for our clients.

Requirements: High school or GED equivalent, fluent in English, proficient with computers, great personality, effective communicator with customers and co-workers, professional appearance, honest, punctual and dependable, ability to work in a team environment that can multi-task, and prior experience in retail or customer service is a big plus. Prior dry cleaning experience is a big plus, but not required.

While this is an entry level position a strong and consistent performance in all these functions will ensure future growth within our company. We're looking for people that aren't afraid to work hard, know how to take their job seriously, can show up on time consistently, and enjoy challenges.
