We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support via phone, email, and in person. Your energetic approach and strong organizational skills will ensure smooth office operations and excellent customer experiences. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your administrative and customer service skills within a supportive environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to all inquiries
  • Greet visitors at the front desk, directing them efficiently and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
  • Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools
  • Maintain organized filing systems, including electronic records and physical documents such as invoices and service reports
  • Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members or clients
  • Support office management activities by coordinating supplies, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions promptly and escalating issues when necessary

Experience

  • Proven office experience with strong clerical skills including filing, data entry, and document proofreading
  • Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), SAGE software experience is a plus!
  • Prior experience working at a front desk or handling multi-line phone systems is highly desirable
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse customers
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
