Customer Service Representative

POSITION:

Title: Customer Service Representative

Department: Customer Service

Reports to: Office Manager

Type: Full-time, Non-exempt

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serves visitors and employees by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
  • Informs tenants, visitors, etc. by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Bring any issues to the attention of the appropriate department.
  • Process payments
  • Be able to navigate through computer systems
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: One year of experience in Customer Service
  • Language: Fluent in Spanish or Hmong (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.90 - $22.00 per hour
