Customer Service Representative

Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or promote new products and services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using data entry skills and CRM software.
  • Process transactions accurately, including cash handling when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share insights for continuous improvement.

Skills

  • Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products naturally during interactions.
  • Excellent customer support skills combined with outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when needed.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
