Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Turkish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our team in Maadi.

You will handle live chat inquiries, support users, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

β€’ Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.

β€’ Assist users with issues and provide effective solutions.

β€’ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

β€’ Communicate clearly with Turkish-speaking users.

β€’ Work closely with the team to improve service qualityRequirements.

β€’ Strong customer service and communication skills.

β€’ Fluency in Turkish (required).

β€’ Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.

β€’ Basic technical troubleshooting skills.

β€’ Ability to work on-site in Maadi.

β€’ Experience in customer service or tech industry is a plus
