We are hiring for all 3 shifts!! 1st 2nd and 3rd

Position Overview:
Communicate with customers via email and live chat, handling a wide range of support inquiries and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat
Resolve issues quickly and professionally
Escalate complex cases when needed
Log and track customer interactions

Requirements:
Strong written communication skills
Ability to multitask across multiple conversations
Must type at least 60 words per minute
Reliable and detail-oriented

Performance bonus structure
Raises quickly tied to KPIs

KPIs include
Response speed
Customer satisfaction
Resolution percentage
Simultanous chat handling
