Customer Service Representative

Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls, accurately route callers, and efficiently schedule and manage service appointments. This role serves as a primary point of contact between guests and the dealership, creating a positive first impression while meeting quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards. Shifts are available between 7 am - 9 pm, with a rotating Saturday required.
Responsibilities Of The Customer Service Representative

Provide consistently outstanding service to internal and external guests by setting a professional, guest-focused first impression.

Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally in a high-volume call center environment.

Gather caller information, identify needs, and route calls to the appropriate dealership, department, or individual.

Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments, ensuring accuracy of guest and vehicle information.

Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, availability, hours of operation, and dealership offerings.

Assist guests with general questions about services, dealership information, and contact center procedures.

Accurately document call details and outcomes (messages, call notes, basic guest information) following department procedures.
Required Experience/Skills For The Customer Service Representative

1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role.

Professional phone etiquette and clear, courteous verbal communication.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience/Skills For The Customer Service Representative

Experience working in a call center environment.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding metrics and goals.

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
