Customer Service Representative

Location: Multiple locations across Hawaii.

Compensation:

$60,000–$90,000 per year + applicable performance bonus

Depending on experience, location, and responsibilities.

About the Role:

For one of our clients, a leading company in the USA, we are hiring a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for an on-site position in Hawaii.

You will assist customers, answer questions, resolve service issues, maintain accurate records, and help provide a positive customer experience. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Your Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through assigned service channels
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and customer requests
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary
Process service requests, account updates, orders, payments, or documentation as applicable
Record customer interactions accurately in internal systems
Coordinate with operations and other departments to resolve customer issues
Follow service standards, procedures, and confidentiality requirements
Maintain professional communication and contribute to customer satisfaction targets

Your Profile:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, front desk, or administrative support is preferred but not required
Clear verbal and written English communication skills
Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
Basic computer and data-entry skills
Organized and able to manage several customer requests in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, service-oriented, and comfortable working independently and in a team
Legally authorized to work in the United States
