Super Smiles Orthodontics is looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who loves helping people, creating positive experiences, and growing in a fun, fast-paced environment.
In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and helpful voice that ensures our customers receive exceptional support and service. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism will help create a positive experience for every customer.

• Greet customers warmly at the front desk and direct them appropriately, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries promptly and routing calls accurately.
• Provide outstanding customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering product or service information.
• Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software to maintain accurate records.
• Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence with attention to detail.
• Assist with office management tasks including calendar management, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and insurance eligibility.
• Support administrative functions such as taking payments, participating in social media, and maintaining organized files and records.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $16–$20/hour (based on experience)
