Customer Service Representative

KEY RESULTS AREAS

CS Process and Order Management:

- The position is accountable to provide the highest standards of customer service in line with Ti sales and customer service processes with the purpose to achieve total customer satisfaction.

- Manage the entire customer order process by thoroughly understanding customer requirements and executing order entry in the system within the set timelines conforming to the agreed terms and conditions.

- Liaise with internal support departments to optimize service levels so as to fulfil customers’ expectation in terms of prompt order process, production lead time and delivery etc

- Fulfill critical tasks like stocks movement per customer, on time payment receipts with firsthand accountability and escalate deviations to the manager to find timely solutions.

Customer Communication and support:

- Conduct customer communications with diligence, professionalism and empathy creating a lasting impact with assigned accounts/markets.

- Contribute to problem solving and tactical conversations/emails with the customers in case the commitments turned not as informed due to internal or external circumstances.

- Teamwork: as a part of the Sales and Customer Services team, collaborate with other CS members and offshore sales team in regard to all matters requiring internal attention and support.

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in management/commerce/science streams with a helpful mindset and quick learning abilities.

Key Skills/ Experience:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in customer interface roles preferably in a technical/commercial products environment

·Multilingual English/Arabic speaker with professional writing and speaking skills

·Excellent interpersonal and team qualities with ability to collaborate with various levels in the team and outside.

Attention to details and eye for numbers with proficiency in Excel program and exposure to data-based analysis systems.
