Customer Service Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, truckload carrier experience, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring all questions are answered accurately.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate data entry in our systems.
• Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide additional assistance as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using Microsoft Office applications.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance client satisfaction.
• Utilize analysis skills to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding cash handling when processing payments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly desirable.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in English and other languages.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in sales or client services is beneficial.
• Typing skills with accuracy for data entry tasks.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
