Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our customer support team and help deliver a positive experience for every customer. In this role, you’ll communicate with customers by phone and email, assist with orders, resolve questions and concerns, and make sure customer information is handled accurately.

What You’ll Do

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone and email
• Assist customers with questions, orders, account information, and service requests
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude
• Enter and maintain accurate customer information and records
• Document customer interactions, follow-ups, and resolutions in our CRM system
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely solutions
• Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer requests and transactions
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
• Work scheduled shifts and maintain reliable availability 

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service experience is helpful, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Good problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
• Comfortable using computers, email, and basic data-entry systems
• Ability to learn and use CRM or customer-support software
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
