Founded in 2012, we recently opened our fifth location and we're looking for a customer service representative/administrative assistant to help with organization, carry out administrative tasks, and provide excellent customer service.

Job Description:
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our gym's daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of both administrative tasks and client service responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
- Managing client communication: text messages, emails, and online inquiries.
- Handling client’s questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Providing information about services, class schedules, and membership details.
- Scheduling appointments for prospective clients.
- Inputting gym membership sign-ups and renewals via online platforms & CRM.
- Tracking and managing client billing and payments.
- Creating and pulling reports and analytics for attendance, client details, and overall usage.
- Facilitating communication between remote and on-site teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and promotions through online channels.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects and tasks as needed, which may include research, data analysis, and report preparation.
- Managing inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
Requirements:
- Customer Service experience (1+ years preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Very detail oriented.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer software ( email, scheduling software).
- Ability to address issues and challenges that arise, and take proactive steps to resolve them.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate business needs.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a team player.
