Customer Service Representative (Contract-Based)

• Timings: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Days Off:Saturday & Sunday
• Contract Duration: April 2025 to August 2025

Happy Home School is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on contract basis. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries from parents, students, and staff via phone, email, and in person.
• Provide accurate information about school course, stationery
• Maintain records of all communications and follow-ups.
• Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:-

• Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Prior experience in customer service (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Friendly, empathetic, and able to handle queries efficiently.
