Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Wallayat Complex Bahria Town Phase 7 , Rawalpindi
Salary: 30,000 to 40,000 (Based on Interview)
Lunch: From Company
Education Requirement: Intermediate
Experience: One Year

Requirements:

  • Receive inbound calls from clients and provide correct project-related information.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous communication style at all times.
  • Accurately record caller details and inquiries in the system.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up and escalate queries to the concerned department if required.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience by addressing all information-related concerns.

Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role will be an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
