Customer Service Representative (CSR)

India

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Contact: Proactively call customers to verify delivery details and resolve nondelivery issues. Issue Resolution: Identify the root cause of delivery failures and work with logistics partners to resolve them promptly.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, delivery issues, and resolutions. Feedback Loop: Collect and report customer feedback to improve the delivery process and customer experience.

Coordination: Collaborate with the logistics team, customer service representatives, and other relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of delivery issues. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure delivery issues have been resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Escalation Handling: Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or higher management as necessary. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed performance targets, including call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹264,000.00 per year
