Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:
ATU Logistics is hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for our night shift team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist US/Canada clients, manage customer queries, provide shipment updates, and ensure excellent customer support and sales follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service / CSR / customer support / BPO preferred.
• Excellent English communication and listening skills.
• Confident handling phone, chat, and email communication.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and CRM systems.
• Must be available for full-time night shift (on-site – Lahore).
