Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR) + Light Vehicle Drying & Vacuuming
Type: Part-Time (24–32 hours/week to start) | Entry-Level | Growth-Focused

At ProColor Collision San Marcos, we believe customer service starts the moment someone walks through the door — and ends when they drive away with a spotless, repaired vehicle and a smile.

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and hands-on Customer Service Representative who’s ready to do a little bit of everything — from answering phones and greeting customers to helping finish vehicles with light cleaning duties (just drying and vacuuming — no detailing or heavy cleaning).

What You'll Do:

• Welcome and assist customers dropping off or picking up vehicles
• Manage scheduling, paperwork, and updates with accuracy and care
• Coordinate with our repair team to ensure smooth service
• Dry and vacuum vehicles before customer delivery — no major cleaning involved

✅ What You Bring:

• A positive, team-first attitude and strong attention to detail
• Good communication and basic computer skills
• Willingness to be on your feet, move between office and shop
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive automatic vehicles
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
