Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner

Provide accurate information about services and resolve customer concerns

Maintain a professional and positive attitude when dealing with customers

Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions

Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Work closely with the team to improve customer experience

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, CRM systems)

Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail

Previous customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in call center or customer support role

Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
