DynaMech provides trusted residential HVAC, Electrical, & Plumbing solutions to Facilities and Homes throughout the Southeast Tennessee region. We are committed to helping families improve comfort, safety, air quality, and energy efficiency in their homes.

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who excels in verbal communication, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced, phone-driven environment.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in our Cleveland, TN office, working approximately 40 hours per week. The CSR reports directly to the Office Manager and plays a critical role in delivering a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

As a CSR at DynaMech, you will:

  • Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from customers and service inquiries
  • Convert customer inquiries into scheduled service appointments
  • Provide professional, friendly, and solution-oriented communication
  • Serve as the primary communication hub throughout the customer journey
  • Schedule service and installation appointments accurately
  • Confirm upcoming appointments to reduce cancellations and no-shows
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, and missed calls
  • Provide real-time updates to customers regarding job status and scheduling changes
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer and job information in company systems
  • Monitor and follow up on inbound leads from various channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and communication
  • Represent the DynaMech brand with professionalism and positivity

What You Need to Succeed

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working on the phone for the majority of the day
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Reliable and dependable with consistent attendance
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling software

Preferred but Not Required

  • Previous customer service or call center experience
  • Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
  • Experience with scheduling or dispatching systems
  • Performance-driven mindset with ability to meet goals
