Timing: 5PM - 2AM

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent with a sales focus to join our team. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, assist customers with inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Promote and upsell services to meet sales targets
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales experience or ability to meet sales goals
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Proficient in basic computer applications
