Customer Service Representative (CSR) - UK Furniture Based - Work From Office

We are seeking an energetic and articulate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team, working for a leading UK-based furniture company. If you possess excellent fluency in English and a passion for resolving customer issues, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from UK customers and address their inquiries professionally.
• Provide information regarding products, delivery, and order status.
• Effectively and professionally handle customer complaints and escalations.
• Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications:

• Complete fluency in both verbal and written English is mandatory.
• Shift Time: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Pakistan Time).
• Must be willing to Work from Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
