Customer Service Representative (Female)

We are looking for a Female Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our travel operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, assisting with travel bookings, and ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp & Email
• Assist customers with airline ticket bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds
• Provide information on travel packages, hotel bookings, and visa services
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors to resolve customer issues
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions
• Address customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
• Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations
