Customer Service Representative (Female Only)

P&S Logistics, a leading logistics services provider in Australia, seeks a dedicated Female Customer Service Representative to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. In this role, you will be our customer's first point of contact, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with orders, information, and issue resolution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Proven customer service experience.
• Excellent English communication (writing and speaking).
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Outlook.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma.
