Customer Service Representative Float Teller (Part-time)

Position Title: Customer Service Representative - Float

Status: Part-time, Saturday rotation

Location: Hudsonville and Jenison Branches but travel as needed to other locations.

WMCB is hiring part-time Float CSR's. This position would travel between our Hudsonville and Jenison branches with potential to travel to other branch locations. It is a great way to start your banking career!!

General Summary:

The primary responsibility of a Customer Service Representative is to complete all customer transactions in a fast, accurate and courteous manner, whether on the phone or in person. Provide customer service in a professional manner. Suggests / makes introductions for cross selling and referral of bank products and services.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

· Process various financial transactions for customers

· Answer customer questions

· Cross-sell and refer products and services whenever possible

· Knowledge and understanding of the bank’s products and services and the benefits they offer to the customer

· Accurate balancing of cash drawer

Education/Experience:

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Excellent customer service skills

· Cash handling experience is preferred

· Professional customer service experience
