Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves handling various communication channels, such as phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions, and maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat, or in-person).
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Identify customer needs and determine appropriate actions to resolve their issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher management or technical teams as needed.
  • Product/Service Knowledge:
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products, services, and policies.
  • Provide accurate information to customers about product features, benefits, and usage.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Prepare reports summarizing recurring issues and customer concerns.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the company’s products or services.
  • Suggest improvements based on customer feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales, technical support, and billing, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
