Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (French speaker) based in Cairo, Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer communications, resolving issues, and providing detailed product and service information.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in French, written and spoken
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Fluency in English is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£24,500.00 per month
