Job Description:

- Coordinate and manage ocean, air, and ground import shipments from origin to final delivery.
- Communicate with overseas agents, carriers, customs brokers, and customers regarding shipment status and documentation.
- Process and review import documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, arrival notices, and customs entries.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Customs and other government agency regulations.
- Track shipments and proactively update customers on status and any delays.
- Resolve any issues related to customs holds, delays, or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry in logistics and customer systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Generate and analyze reports related to shipment status, delays, and KPIs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
