Hiring for a international sales firms handling U.S. clients

• About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from potential and existing clients.
• Manage portal leads, update CRM systems, and maintain client records.
• Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, site visits, investment updates, and booking status.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues with professional communication.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments when escalation is required.
• Maintain high standards of client service and represent the company brand positively.

Job Role Secondary:

• Update CRM/collection software and internal trackers.
• Assist in preparing collection reports for management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Care teams for cross-departmental issues.
• Participate in training, compliance briefings, and performance review sessions.
• Support documentation, filing, and audit-related activities.

Other Details:

Experience: 3+ years
Shift Working days & Timings:

• Night Shift: Monday to Saturday (9pm to 6am)
• Afternoon Shift: Monday to Saturday (3pm to 12am)Location:

DHA Phase 6, Karachi
