Customer Service Representative (Night Shift)

Job description:

AK Graphic is hiring energetic and motivated (Call Center) Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Gulberg II, Lahore.

You’ll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing product information, and guiding customers with a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries

Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up

Provide accurate product/service information

Maintain customer records and update systems

Meet daily/weekly targets and KPIs

Deliver excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 months of experience (Freshers with confidence can apply)
Age 17 to 26

Good English communication skills

Regularity and punctuality

Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
