Customer Service Representative – Night Shift

Job Overview

Tusol is hiring a Customer Service Representative / Customer Support Specialist for our US-based operations. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent English communication skills and experience in international customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle US-based customer queries via calls, emails, and live chat
  • Deliver high-quality customer support and resolve issues efficiently
  • Assist customers with account, policy, and service-related inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (customer relationship management tools)
  • Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Fluent English (spoken + written) – strong grammar & communication
  • Experience in Customer Service / Call Center / International Support / US Campaigns
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
  • Punctual, responsible, and career-oriented
  • Willing to work onsite in Lahore (Night Shift)

Preferred (Bonus Skills)

  • Experience in US Insurance, Billing, or Customer Support Process
  • Prior experience in inbound/outbound call centers
