Customer Service Representative /office assistant

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Manage customer accounts using software programs for elevators, parking and security systems.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and supporting existing accounts through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Support project management tasks by coordinating schedules, preparing reports, and tracking progress on various initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote products or services, leveraging analysis skills to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain organized office operations by handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing documentation related to customer interactions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on processes and suggesting enhancements for better service delivery.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally across diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in various Software as a Service platforms for customer data management.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
