Customer Service Representative (Packaging )

Boxit Packages, a growing USA-based custom packaging company, is looking for talented and confident Customer Service Representatives to join our Pakistan team. This position requires strong English communication skills and the ability to professionally handle international customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or calls in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information about custom packaging products and services
• Process customer orders and ensure timely follow-ups
• Maintain organized and detailed customer records
• Coordinate with design, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance KPIs

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree required
• Previous customer service or call center experience will be preferred
• Good computer skills and typing speed
• Comfortable working night shift (US working hours)
