As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients. This role involves engaging with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote company products or services.

Duties

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
• Promote products or services to potential customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs
• Utilize CRM software to manage customer information effectively

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or business development is advantageous
• Ability to effectively market products or services to customers
• Proficiency in using software tools for customer management
• Comfortable with outbound calling and engaging with customers in a sales context

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
