Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Sialkot Office)

Location: Sialkot, Pakistan

Working Days: 6 days a week

Shift Duration: 9 hours per day, on a rotating schedule aligned with UK hours (7 a.m. to 10 p.m. UK time). Flexibility is required.

Salary: Starts at 40,000 PKR per month, with an additional 10,000 PKR for candidates with fluent, neutral-accent English. Night shift differentials apply after 6 p.m. UK time.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English with a neutral accent is mandatory.
  • Strict adherence to company procedures is non-negotiable.
  • No other commitments that could interfere with the role.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to handle a high-pressure workload while following procedures.

Role Duties:

This is an intense, full-on customer service role. You will be multitasking across a range of tasks: handling inbound communications, processing bookings, chasing payments and missing details, and rescheduling deliveries. It’s not a laid-back position—candidates must be organized, resilient, and able to handle pressure.
