Customer Service Representative Specialist

AK Graphic Company is looking for confident and motivated Customer Service Representatives ( Night Shift ) to join our call center team. This role is ideal for candidates with good English communication skills who are eager to grow in a professional environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Guide and navigate clients clearly through services and solutions
• Communicate confidently with clients in English
• Maintain call records and follow company procedures
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build positive client relationships

Requirements:

• 1–2 months of call center experience (preferred)
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply if English communication is Good
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic computer knowledge
