Customer Service Representative (UAEN) - Aldar Retail Management

As a Guest Ambassador, you will be the face of our destination-welcoming guests, creating memorable experiences, and delivering world-class service that reflects the warmth of Emirati hospitality. This is a dynamic role where you will gain exposure across multiple functions, from guest engagement to concierge services.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist guests, including VIPs, with professionalism and cultural awareness
• Create personalized and memorable guest experiences
• Support concierge services, bookings, and guest requests
• Ensure smooth daily operations, safety, and service excellence
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to enhance guest satisfaction
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
