Customer Service & Sales Advisor - Arabic Speaking

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Advisor who can effectively handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and actively contribute to achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to convert customer interactions into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and policies
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring high levels of satisfaction
• Maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service delivery
• Record customer interactions and update systems accurately

Sales & Business Development

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Support promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives

Operations & Coordination

• Maintain proper documentation of sales and customer interactions
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure smooth order processing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide feedback on customer trends and market demands

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service and/or sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with customer-first approach
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (experience with ERP/Oracle is an advantage)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
