Inside Sales Executive (Female)

Location: UAE (Office-Based Role)

We are a growing organization in the manufacturing and hygiene solutions sector, committed to delivering high-quality products and services to global B2B clients. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to strengthen our sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and convert leads generated from exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing activities
• Actively reach out to B2B clients across international markets
• Conduct professional online meetings, product presentations, and client demonstrations
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable product solutions
• Follow up consistently to close sales and achieve targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales reports
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, etc.) for smooth order execution

Candidate Requirements:

• Female candidate (as per role requirement)
• Proven experience in Inside Sales / Tele-sales / B2B Sales
• Experience in a manufacturing environment will be a strong advantage
• Demonstrated ability in lead conversion and sales closure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly approach
• Confident in conducting online meetings and presentations
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to international markets and export sales
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
